I have teamed up as an International Accredited (MACTE) and SETA Montessori Directress and Qualified ETDP Facilitator, Moderator, Mentor and Trainer with my Qualified and experienced team. Tiffiny who is a Lawyer (LLB) Wits and Business Rescue Practitioner (UNISA) and a Homeschooling Mom, is experienced in Montessori Practices, applications and assists with course creations and development. Tiffiny adds great value to our material, courses, articles, research and applications, alongside with our IT Specialist Natasha, who assists with Design and Development of packages and manages our websites, Social Media and communication.
Children teach themselves through repetition and through auto correction. The adult observes the child from a distance and will identify where the children are in their area of development, and through observation the adult will be able to identify the child's needs. This guides the adult in preparing a favorable environment. Children may choose activities and materials and repeat them until the child is satisfied and moves to the next activity through his own free will. The child learns at his own pace. This is how the child will gain a sense of mastery and develop independence and concentration. Children thrive within a well prepared environment as it creates a sense of order and this is truly a magical combination.
